RAW Rapid HM1000x Bottle Valve Repair ???

Got the new Bottle Nozzle from Martin today. The bottle now holds air, but the gun still leaks pretty badly.
I again changed out all O-rings on the V Quick Fill.

I will dunk the receiver and bottle in hot water tomorrow to see where it leaking. I've only had to do this once before, but it worked.
We'll see ..... will leave about 100 bar in the bottle.

One last thing, I think Most of my SEKHMET Smart Gauge 28 Pro / RAW HM1000x leak issues were created by me , as I did not provide enough stock clearance for the larger gauges to comfortably fit. When pressurizing the gun, the lack of space created unwanted pressure on the V Block and regulator O-rings causing minor leaks.

My test was to pressurize a gun with the most issues, out the stock ....... and then place in the stock at 250 bar.
The pressurized action didn't want to fit well, requiring me to crank on the stock screw to get it to conform o_O.

Hence, I went back and removed an adequate amount of stock to fit the action, requiring little pressure to align stock screw.
I can now see a little daylight between the gauge and the stock when full tightened.

Well that’s some good news. Good work getting her back into shooting form. I can only imagine how frustrated you must have been. On a side note, just watched a YouTube review of the new Theoben rapid in a blue laminate FORM stock. They sure make some nice lumber. I’m not sold on the Theoben name on a rifle with a side lever. Any how , 👍
