RightCarbon tubes are hard to get smooth and uniform on the inside, I guess it could be done but not cheap.
I bought this baby a while back and have been dying to try it out.

Lol my thought exactly. The only thing quieter would be a blowgun. As others have suggested. I think its too far gone for projectiles tho trap em 5-10 at a time in a bucket lol works like a charm. Drop of dish soap so theres no water tension makes it even harder to tread water. Most humane way I can think of for groups of rodents.WHAT!!!?
