If you shoot steel (or would like to), Shooting Targets 7 is fantastic to work with.
I have used several of their targets for the last few years.
But last week, I purchased an entire NRL22 target kit from them (with a set of t-post stands). The first of the two boxes showed up early this afternoon, and the FedEx label looked odd ... had a hand written "Repackaged" on it. Well, at some point in transit, FedEx managed to mangle the box, and tossed the busted box into a bigger box and relabeled it and just sent it on.
When I unboxed everything, I found that a couple items were missing (I photographed the box and contents). I sent a message to Shooting Targets 7 this evening, and they responded immediately, and within a couple of minutes they had sent out a new invoice (no charge of course) showing the missing pieces (which will be shipped directly). They said they'd deal with FedEx to make a claim on the missing parts, but were going to make sure I got everything I ordered now.
With customer service like this, they will be getting my business for any additional steel targets I need.
