would love to hear what everyone is running and what their Dynamic likes. I just acquired a second hand (esenentially never shot) Dynamic. honestly, I'm floored with how well it shoots slugs compared to m Impact M3 (700mm slug tensioned barrel, all else stock). Dynamic is 700mm express, stock...both in .30 cal.
Everything seems to group very well. lighter slugs (FX hybrids, Zans, Impulse) all ripping along at 1000-1020 fps. heavier slugs (H&N 54, Zan 59,) mid 900's. I think im around 19 power wheel, factory reg 150 bar. where do you all like to see FPS vs. slug weight for longer range shooting (100y+)?
The one thing I do notice with the Dynamic is a higher spread with FPS than the Impact. is that a single vs. dual reg thing? Dynamic can go as high as 25 fps spread on a shot string, Impact generally stays sub 10. Anyone else have similar results? Advice for making the Dynamic a touch more consistent?
