Snowpeak Artemis SPA P35/Bullshark Improved Magazines

Awesome, glad your Pup has made it, hopefully the mag work will go smoothly. A mag holder sounds interesting, do you have a sketch you could share?
Nothing designed in CAD yet, the concept is in my head. There is enough space to fit a few more more mags, depending on orientation. I am going go make one for mine after the mags are done.

Here's what I have designed so far. This is a 12 shot mag on 22. While the Pinty shares some things in common with the P35, the slot for the mag without modification to the plastic cover has less space to work with.

It looks good. 3 more shots per mag. When will they be available.
I am targeting the launch day by the 2nd week of April. I am going to change the design of the cover with a hinge and magnet rather than twisting the top to load. This a will make loading easier and add robustness for 3d printed mags.

It just keeps getting better! I like the hinge design. How is your Pup shooting for you Spike? Mine likes the heavy pellets. JSB 18gr.
I haven't had the chance to shoot it yet. Been busy with work, machining parts and designing these mags. The pup I received leaks out of the barrel and has an out of spec rail so non of the mounts I have will work without making shims. I had to take the poppet valve out and smooth the plastic surface to get it to seal but now the leak is gone. I hope mine likes light weight slugs. If it does, I am going to make a plenum extension for a little more power.

Glad you were able to fix your poppet leak. I haven't heard of any other valve leaks, but it is a new gun to the market, so we will see. The barrels are choked so they are not the best for slugs, but you might find the magic pill for this gun? Good Luck.
The valve being the same as the P35, I would think it would not be an issue. It was an easy fix, fortunately. My old BSA with a choked actually shoots HN 13 grain slugs the best so it's still possible. I was really shocked with the results. If not, I'll machine the choke out and recrown. Worst case scenario, I will machine a blank for it.
