Thanks man but I covered all that and more. The blown breaker and then low pressure output is strange but connected somehow . Again thanks amigo!
not my experience. If you know a good electrical tech, he can monitor current draw and help pinpoint where fault lies. Good luck and keep us posted. 
I believe in the Black Box control is an overload relay that is wired into the reset circuit. You may need to take apart to get at it but thus could cause the shutdown prematurely.
Did Tuxing have any solution other than return? My buddy has a similar issue on his 042, but at 3200psi on a dedicated circuit... I've had good luck with my 012 so far, luck of the draw I reckon. 
I have bought 3 Tuxings, TXED011,TXED012 they both run great with a little upgrading, but my luck with the TXEDT031
was knocking a month in use. a bad connecting rod by their words,they had me make a video and the remove the cover to the crank case to verify,they said they would send parts while under warranty. They refused to take it back. I had Asurion they dropped me and told me that someone made a mistake in selling it to me. so, i took it to AMAZON and they did nothing. So, when buying a Tuxing compressor, keep it simple, the tuxing 11 is 4 years old and 1 rebuild kit still going strong as with the 12.
