Snowpeak Snow Peak M60B Plenum Upgrade?

Honestly I've just put it on and it'll be a little while before I get to do extensive testing. But that is the idea, to be able to lower my reg pressure while still maintaining good velocities. It's going to be some longer experimentation because right now everything besides that is stock. I'm going to play with those numbers for a while but I've also ordered the kit to open up the transfer port. So it will be some time seeing what my max stable velocity will be with different weight pellets at stock amd and then with the expanded port.
I would watch the brother of air YouTube videos because that's kind of where I'm leaning except with the stock barrel. He's a little further along in the process so you might be able to better tailor your expectations by what he's already done.

Got this Monday, problems right away !
Well couldn’t get to clock right or seal with
o rings that came with it. Then took off new Huben and bottle
them o rings then wouldnt seal. Ordered 3 kits on Amazon.

What the friend here is developing resembles that of FX Impact. Just finalizing a few details.
What is the volume of this external plenum? Did the person who installed it get a significant gain from it? What is the size of the air passage hole?

Got the zelos to hold “most” of its air ha!
So this is a preliminary test. The stock regulator gauge doesn’t fit the plenum.
Had a couple cheapies and used one. Gassed bottle up to 4500psi which Huben
knocks down to 3600. Started about 1000psi on the gun reg and brought up to
the previous 850 fps which was 2400psi but this gauge says 2600psi. This was
the maximum speed I could get with JTS 25.39s before I installed outer plenum.
I adjusted regulator to get the max average speed of 875 fps
So for this brief test and $70 I got about 25 fps. Oh yeah now have 4 sets of o rings !

Amazon overnight. Saved my new zelcom quick.
Ordered o rings at 7pm. Got them by 10 Am next morning. Up and running at 10:15!!
