You can run infrared laser site and just use the night vision as like a spotter for that and then you don't even have to really hunch over your rifle and you just point and click. I have to do something similar with my old army surplus AN PVS4 night vision scope. It's got the range finding reticle instead of the Crosshair so just mounted an infrared laser sight and use the set up like a Red Dot. It's also nice to have some infrared spotlights because they make eyes glow like emeralds and there's no mistaking them for anything elseWow! This is the first time I have seen any nightvision under $100. It is a little mysterious to me why that is given all the security cameras offering night vision for under $50. I wonder how accurate this is? I'm guessing that it is a large leap between seening night vision vs. zeroing a scope accurately with night vision. Have you used this product or have anymore insight on nightvision scopes? It seems like it is almost a requirement to effectively hunt rats on a farm.
