FX FX Impact M4 Sniper problem. Help needed!

I have a problem with my M4. I was at the range today and have no pressure on the rear gauge. I was shooting the rifle at 250 bar on the front reg, 150 bar on the rear, front adjuster in front below the barrel was at the 4th line, hammer adjustment at 12 and the micro at 3.5. Rifle was shooting good. Then had a loud pop and burst of air by my cheek against the cheek riser. So where should I start looking? What might be the problem? This is my first PCP rifle.

The m4 has been having valve or valve rod problems iirc. You probably popped the valve at the power block, id look there first. Did the gun dump all its air after the pop or did it basically lock up the valve mechanism.?

Check your valverod oring. Its a tiny one.

O-ring 2,2x1 NBR 70

I've already replaced the O-ring twice in my Impact, and you can easily tell if it's broken. When the O-ring is faulty, the gun becomes noticeably louder when your cheek is against the cheekpiece, and you can feel a puff of air.

Also check if the oring is still in the transferport.

Thank you. I will finish taking the rifle apart and check it!

The rifle has no pressure on the second gauge and when you cock the rifle there is no pressure when you fire it. Just clicks.

Yes that one.
If your bottle is attached and filled with air, but the second regulator gauge isn't showing any pressure, I would check the regulator. When I remove a regulator, I always replace the O-rings to ensure a proper seal. It seems like your regulator might be completely blocking airflow. Inspect all the small components of the regulator( piston, washers, orings, ...)

Please make sure the rifle has no air left when you remove the bottle. Remove or release the regulator gauge to make sure the plenum is empty.

Found the problem. I turned the adjustment screw behind the trigger all the way closed. After that it had enough air for a few shoots before it ran out of air. Thank you for all the suggestions on what it might of been.
I should've read the whole thread, but i will leave it for future lurkers to reference.
