Hello all, I just recently joined to see if I could purchase a used airgun. But after reading all of the rules I realize that I
cannot communicate with people until I meet certain requirements.

So here it goes. I have an FX IMPACT M4 .25 cal and just recently bought my son a Notos about a month ago.
(He wanted an M4. 🤣)

We just did the bottle conversion and upgrade trigger kit on his Notos.
I can tell you it’s a lot of fun. So it got me thinking I wanted a little lite compact gun in a .22 cal.

I have sort of settled on the BRK pathfinder XR. Looks to get a decent shot count and relatively still light.
Do y’all have any other recommendations that may fit the details?

Also if anyone has a pathfinder for sale please PM me if that is even possible. Or comment here I guess. 🤣
 
Many will tell you that I am bias toward the BRKs and it is the truth. For me they have simply been stellar performers. I am lucky to own an Atomic,Pathfinder and Ghost. They all are sweet, at the moment the Pathfinder is my primary pesting PCP. It is simply a sweet little gun, particularly if you don’t saddle it with a huge scope like I initially did. Here is an image of mine. Search out my name and you’ll find that I’ve already waxed eloquent over the Pathfinder…🙈

There is room for all of them… It’s but a hobby to most…🙏 If for your son the Atomic is lighter still and just as capable out to 50 yards.Because your young son already owns an M4… yours…🙈

You can “see” the resemblance. The Bantam Sniper begat the Comannder but with a folding stock and the Commander begat the smaller Pathfinder. The Atomic/Ranger XRs are also but smaller Concept XRs… Small in form factor but outsized in performance…
