Got the word from @PalmBeachAirguns about 2 weeks ago that he was looking for someone to send him a rifle so he could make some. I was more than happy to help! I spoke with @orion last week about sending my rifle to him, I just got it back yesterday along with 1 mag in each caliber except for 177, which I requested 2 of.
MAG CAPACITY
.177 - 15RD
.22 - 12RD
.25 - 10RD
.30 - 9RD
You'll be happy to know that the DEPTH of these magazines with my digital caliper is 11.71mm!
The .177 mag can easily accommodate a 23gr slugs and still have about 2mm of space behind it!
The .22 mag can easily fit 33gr HN precision slugs, 34gr Javelins, 34gr VK and again still have about 2mm of space being it (34gr javelin,34gr VK) as well. The 33gr precision HN are almost 1mm long so a little less, but I believe you could definitely fit a 36gr-38gr slug.
The .25 mag can easily fit 40gr slugs of most brands, VK, Javelin, Apolo and still have plenty of space behind it as well. I'm sure you could probably fit a 46 or 47gr VK slugs.
The .30 mag can easily fit a jsb 50gr slugs, it can also fit Hybrids with ease. I know the new AGT mags can fit longer slugs in .30, but not too long, i know my buddy has an old uragan 1 .30 and he can't fit hybrid's loves in his magazines. So if you have the older magazines, these are fantastic!
I requested pretty much one of each so that I could test the mags myself and give @orion the greenlight on these ASAP! I have a U2 in .177 and .22, my buddy has a V3 .25 and a U1 in .30. The only magazine that did not get tested today was the .30 as his rifle is currently with Charlie Frair getting working on. But all magazines worked flawlessly! Best thing yet they are a snug fit, they cycle pellets, slugs phenomenally, the lids are magnetic and they look GOOD!
