I tried with AEA but could never get mine to stay operational. My .357 max had significant hammer bounce when full - shots that would consume 3x the normal air for a single shot, and extra loud. If that is a semi auto maybe the hammer is bouncing and firing again? Not sure how that would work in a semi auto exactly because presumably there's something to catch there hammer. I suggest taking the "return it and don't mess with it" approach, but whatever you do just make sure you don't let the one month return window (or whatever the vendor offers) lapse if it's still causing you a headache otherwise you'll end up paying for their problem and they will keep making these sketchy guns
Don’t shoot below 3000psi, the bolt won’t get pushed back enough to grab the sear. Also be sure to keep it well lubed, on mine I’ve noticed if the bolt feels slower it needs cleaned and re lubed.
