FX What is the proper method to remove bottle?

The bottle has a valve so you can safely unscrew it from the rifle. You will see the the main gauge goes to zero when that happens. If you need to empty the bottle you will need special tools available from Saber Tactical see link below. . The plenum on the other hand should still have air as it will show on the reg gauge. Fire a few rounds and the plenum will discharge the remaining air.

The bottle can be unscrewed but it is a lot easier and less chance of damage to the threads if it's not full. 150bar seems like a good trade off.
PS do not put silicone on the threads!

Silicone is not a metal to metal lube! It will cause galling and eventually will ruin the threads. You can use a bit of Molly lube or GPL-204.

I just used dive grease but don't remove my bottle other than a degass for work. If I gall it I'll deal with it then and mds it then. I removed it once when I got it and thought "this is far too inconvenient to be feasible for extra air".
