Yeah well these definitely are lol. The good thing about it, though, is that they taste great. They make for a very hearty beef stew

Yeah I have to be more cautious and watch out for who's around me. I waited 15-20mins to take my shots on the geese as there were 2 groups of golfers back to back on the hole next to me.

They are definitely food worthy. I won't be plucking them, but I would skin them for food.

They are the best eating “goose” there is to most of the guys I know that take them, me included. (Taxonomically they sit between goose and duck) I personally have not plucked one but use the breast for smoking (has a roast-beef quality to it) and save the legs to make rilette, a meat spread for sandwiches, delicious with sweet onion jam compared to canada goose or malard duck I defenitly prefer egyptian.
