Does anyone know how to get PCP air rifles shipped to San Diego California? I too as some have mentioned in these forums, have been boxed out by air gun companies, HOW DO I GET A PCP RIFLE SHIPPED TO MY ADDRESS???

Only thing I can think of, is having a good buddy who owns a GUN SHOP, and have it shipped there. Didn't really want to bother him with this crap, but I don't know if there is alternative. SECONDALLY, if caught with a PCP air rifle in SAN DIEGO CALIFORNIA, would they throw the hammer down, take it and bust the hell our of me?

Don't try to buy on ebay or Amazon? I'm not in SD but I'm not that far away. You need to know if it's a city or county ordinance or is it a retailer playing cya? If it's city or county you can look up what the charge would cost you. I doubt it's county because a buddy airgun hunts turkey in sd and dfg doesn't play.

No issues (North county S.D.) Airguns ARE NOT classified as firearms in California and NOT ILLEGAL. As long as you follow the law of not traveling with your Airguns loaded & ammo & magazines kept in a secure box I don't think you'll be busted or have stuff confiscated (but remember to hide any stand alone moderators or NV scopes :unsure: ). I didn't have any problems having guns shipped to me but I didn't buy from Amazon. I can't even get them to ship WEED KILLER to my address, let alone airgun stuff.

Amazon and ebay are just refusing to ship controlled items from car parts to air rifles to cover their butts. I couldn't buy a fuel pump thru them. So I just skip the middle man and ali express for amazon or find the sellers main store.

I buy my airguns from Utah air because I want them to stay in business. Saving 10 dollars isn't worth the hassle of the two mentioned websites.....to me.

Try Parts Geek for those auto parts & no hassle shpng. Got my only new gun from UA.

As others have said, avoid “sellers” who (for whatever reason) won’t ship to Ca.
I can’t say that I blame them either, because the state has virtually unlimited legal resources, that could quickly drain those of a small business and trying to stay on top of all new legislation being passed would be a full time job in itself…
