@RM.510bigbore You have bear visiting your property? That sounds exciting!! Can we get some update photos on your progress at some point? Will your shooting lane be in a relatively flat part of the property?

Yes I will.definitely take.photos of the ranges progress and the tools I use to make.it possible..The property is.a.98 acre old coal mine and now natural gas.... The reclaimed 64 acre field I'm putting the range in has never been cut...The ground.is coal slate so you can drive on any time of.the year....No mud.....Its semi level for South West PA....Bears seem to be on the property pretty regular.... About ten years ago a friend had 10 large Bee hives at.the property... The bear destroyed them.all...Thousands of dollars lost... That's when he learned about Pennsylvania bears!!!!! To keep out bear from hives you make a fence out of.barb wire.and hook electric.fence controller to barb wire......I.haven't been shooting .510 Texan the 125 yard range just isn't any fun anymore.... Hopefully moving to property part time!!!

The was eating skunk cabbage growing by the stream.. From the size of the pile id say pretty big bear for these parts.. Seeing some nice Bucks already too .
