@Firewalker Try not to beat yourself up over this situation. If you were honest, communicated clearly, and did what you said you would do in a timely manner, rest assured in that. I've read several glowing accounts of your work on the Notos platform. If it's that gun, it's sub $300 airgun. I hope they weren't expecting Huben velocities or something.
