Legends P08 Blowback part ID help

Pretty darn good customer service from Evike says I. Sent the broken pistol back for warranty repair on 6/1, received a replacement new pistol on 6/9.

Looking for a friend, good close range pistol

Mouse traps, rat traps, squirrel size cage traps.... lots of options for 24hr varmint removal far better than trying to hit a moving target in an attic IMHO.

Legends P08 Blowback part ID help

Never mind. Did some more searching and tear-down of the mechanism. The wandering part is the gas piston o-ring, part # R08. I am inquiring of the place I got the pistol if the o-ring is available as a separate part. Update - sending it back to the store for Warranty/Repair/Replacement.

Legends P08 Blowback part ID help

I had a problem with several BBs getting caught up in the works and jamming the toggle. Also firing just one shot drains the gas cylinder completely. I field stripped the pistol removing the entire top barrel/slide/toggle. I notice there is a wayward o-ring/rubber band as pictured at the center...

    Umarex P08 Blowback first thoughts

I've just run my first half-dozen mags through this dandy handgun. Following guidance from a YouTube reviewer I'm using steel BBs as apparently copper plated tend to jam? I dunno, but the AirVenturi 2500 pack of steel was only $10 on Amazon, so cheap insurance? FWIW I've experienced no magazine...

Inexpensive outdoor tin can target rack

I'm happy to report that the hanging soda/beer can rack worked great. We set it up in front a wood pile at my son's lake house property. Light and simple to set up, and even from a distance the thin-walled cans shredded impressively. Found we were able to get three mags on the semi-auto setting...

    Legends M712 Shoulder Stock

No offense taken at all. I have lusted over the C-96 since 1970 when I had the opportunity to fire a couple mags thru a real one. Were it not for Umarex I'd have never had another chance. Real ones don't cost too much, I just can't afford them - lol Same goes for the blowback P-08 now enroute...

    Legends M712 Shoulder Stock

What mods were necessary to get it to lock in place? Any pics?

    Legends M712 Shoulder Stock

If a rifle has a bayonet lug? I buy a bayonet. So when I saw that my M712 grip had a slot to mount a shoulder stock, I had no option but to buy one for it. lol I opted for a repro made of the finest Chinese pallet lumber that <$60 could buy on ebay. I knew that it would require some...

    Umarex M712 Magazine possible mod?

Mini update - I have a second magazine on order to use as my 'proof of concept' guinea pig. I plan on picking a drill size just slightly larger than a BB and to countersink the first few mms to accept the tip of my Umarex speed loader. That's the plan anyway. I will report back on the...

Inexpensive outdoor tin can target rack

I wanted to hang some empty soda/beer cans as moving backyard targets for general plinking. Feeling lazy I went on Amazon and picked up $16 garment rack and some small 'S' hooks. Simple enough to tie some varied length cords from the top crossmember of the rack to the hooks to then hang the cans...

For those that collect c02, replica pistols

I'm 74 and enjoying my 1st 'replica' firearm, the Legends M712. Great fun. I've been in the 'real' shooting sports since I was 10 and until now never felt inclined to get a "toy" gun. I have come to appreciate the value inherent in blow-back firearm replicas of the real-world guns I will NEVER...

    Umarex M712 Magazine possible mod?

I've just acquired the M712 (my 1st CO2 pistol). Looks to be great for some indoor retirement fun. I've noticed most of their other magazines have a spring follower that locks in place allowing the BBs to be loaded via a pre-drilled hole that is exposed when locked back. Unfortunately the M712...
