    Dovetail to Picatinny adapters

There are several dovetail to picatinny rail systems. I have a Crosman 1377 and just put on the steel breech, so now I can get some help for my old eyes. Are they all comparable or is one of the brands a tried and true winner? Thanks for advice and insights. Don M

Crossman 1377 after installing steel breech hard to pump

Glad to read that I don't have to crack it open. Been busy with taskings so haven't had a chance to try a lub job. When done I'll get back with the results. Thanks for the great photos of exactly where to lub. That took time to do that and it is really appreciated! Don M

Crossman 1377 after installing steel breech hard to pump

Looks like I'm going to have to crack it open to do the lub job. I've opened a springer and cleaned/lubed it. But haven't opened any pistols. Will have to review some videos first. Great incentive to do your own "gun smithing". I have the tools and lubricants, will do as recommended and see my...

Crossman 1377 after installing steel breech hard to pump

Sorry for the misuse of terms. Pumping is the problem. I can pull the lever back on the bolt and get it to cock with no problem. Later today/tonight I'll try unscrewing the small screw in increments and give it a try. Thanks for taking time to look at my problem. Much apprecited.

Crossman 1377 after installing steel breech hard to pump

New 1377 installed new steel breech from amazon. I read several posts on 1377's hard to cock. Advice was to check the new rear screw, it should be shorter than the original. Indeed both my old and new rear screws were the same length. Got out my digital calipers and set the opening to .685"...

Removing front iron sight on RWS Diana model 24

Tapped lightly, just a hair more than first try. Whalaaaa moved an 1/8' forward. Continued to tap but lighter because it's now broken free. Came off with little effort. I have a PCP air rifle I can't use anymore because both rotator cuffs have been surgically repaired and I re-tore them. To fix...

Removing front iron sight on RWS Diana model 24

Relatively new to Air guns. I have a RWS Diana model 24 that I'm renovating. There is a date mark which says 7 04. I installed a new spring with spring guide. Watched a model 34 being disassembled/reassembled as a go by. Would like to put scope on it. With that in mind, I removed the one screw...
