    I'm another person with an astigmatism. I've tried a Trig RMR on a pistol, and didn't like it. I do have a Holosun 510C in green (some say green isn't as bad for astigmatism) on a shotgun. I like it better than the RMR

    I concur. I have a set of Monstrum Pro's ($35/set) rings I'm using on a NightForce scope. Really surprised how well they are made.

    You're going to use on a GK1...those QD mounts are typically pretty heavy. At last the good ones are heavy. I have an ADM which is nice but it weighs 8.2 oz. Just sayin'........

    OK, sounds good. Here's another tip: On your router table fence, clamp limiter blocks so you don't go past where you want to rout.

    I don't know if this might interest you, but an investment in a copy carver like this might make your next project a success. https://wood-carver.com If you look hard enough on the internet, there was a company that had a set of plans so a person could fabricate his own copy jig.
