Mighty good shootin' Tex. "I" was impressed! To hold up like that against centerfire rifles is no joke. I'm glad you competed and look forward to seeing the next competition!
That's really good to know. Makes me feel more confident using my Umarex ReadyAir and my GX pump CS-4. I've never really been 'worried' but often wondered if an air tube gets too much moisture/rust if it would explode! But using both of my pumps, I almost always get moisture out of the line...
You lost me on that one. How in the world do you get silicone into the air chamber of those?? Are they like a Seneca Aspen which has an oilable pad in the mechanism?
Sounds to me like the music is trying to match the mean looks. I'm sure I might try it if I could ever afford it. But seeing as how I don't own any FX air guns already that chance is very slim
Also check Trenier Airguns. They've usually got the best prices if you're not wanting to have to buy bunches of pellets. https://www.trenierairguns.com/
Personally I don't have too many issues with it. I've got T-Mobile for my phone service and my home wi-fi. The phone loads everything lickety split. On my laptop I use the Opera browser which is actually the gaming version. On my old Opera browser it did take some time and give me problems with...
I definitely concur that it's the economy. People just can't afford 'luxury' items like airguns. I've even noticed a LOT of the for sale stuff on AGN seems stagnant. When I think back a few years ago to the booming airgun stretch, I for one, utilized every penny of my stimulus money to keep...
Well I'm glad someone posted their website. I found it last night and bought a CS4. After I bought it, I started wondering if it was actually a legit website. Like who the hell is AnKuFang2019@(mail provider).com and why was he getting my money thru PayPal?? I just sounded REALLY fishy with...
I shoot Gamo Red Fires a lot. Very good pellets. Kind of like a cheap polymag. I've found these and CPHPs do really well for cheap pellets. One thing I've noticed is the Red Fires do really well in my Gamo break barrels (hmmm....coincidence?) They also do pretty good in my Daystate Revere...
Honestly I don't shoot much JSB except Hades. My Revere likes JTS dead center, GTOs, H&N sniper magnums, polymags, NSA 17.5gr slugs, and the crosmans. It does decent with CPHPs and Gamo red fires and does not like H&N or RWS superdome.
Thank you. And yes it is. I read reviews it was one of the more reliable rifles out there and bought it from a fellow member here on the forum. So far it seems to shoot most everything well.
I have to tell you, what a beautiful morning it was in mid Missouri to do some shooting. Very slight wind from the West and mid-60s for the temperature. Anyway, on a whim, I bought a container of crosman premier domed ultra heavy 19 grain pellets just to see how they would do. I'm really...
I like SFP because of the thicker reticles when hunting in the woods. And if I zero my rifle at 30yds, and know I have to use the second reticle line down at 50 etc, then I don't have to worry about figuring out which line to use no matter what the magnification. COYOTE! 50YDS! 2ND LINE! DEAD...
I went to their website, and even though I was on my phone, I couldn't figure out how to find the other reticles. Anyway I'm really radical picky, and love the BDC type reticles such as what's in some of the Sig Sauer scopes. If Sig Sauer scopes focused down to at least 20 yards I'd have a...
