Ive thought about just replacing the whole valve assembly. As far as debris go I've cleaned the whole valve assembly as well as the tank each time with no change. I questioned the valve spring being weak also but hatsan said that's not possible.

I'd look at customer service and parts availability before I made a decision. Hatsan does not openly list parts for sale on they're website and you have to go through a parts request in order to buy parts. They do not answer they're phone ever and each email you send will take several days...

The fill probe, fill probe plug and the intake valve use the same O ring from what I've micro metered so the fill probe O rings should work on the intake valve from what I can tell.

So what do the O rings fit that came with my gun? There are two large O rings that look like they may be for the tank then there are three small O rings that are all the same size and match the intake valve when compared.
