Thank you. I'll try some on the tube that is hidden by the stock in case I screw up!

    Benjamin 312

Hello all. I recently picked up a Benjamin 312. It was in pretty rough shape and the last owner used about a quart of oil to try and get the seals to hold pressure. Anyway, after a nights work and a few new parts and seals, the gun is working flawlessly. I'm presently cleaning up the exterior...

    Help with Crosman 101

Wadcutter-This is some great info. Thanks for taking the time to jot it all down. I think you hit the nail on the head as to the issue I was experiencing.

    Help with Crosman 101

I received the spanner tool from Dennis Baker and went to work on the gun to see what I could find. The second lock nut seemed very tight and tough to remove even with the new tool. Upon loosening it up, the gun suddenly let out a pop through the barrel and the nut then came out smoothly. Like I...

    Help with Crosman 101

Good info. Baker Airguns is where I ordered the longer spanner from. I made one from a piece of conduit but the points weren't strong enough to turn without bending. I'll see what I can do when it arrives and to your point, if all else fails, I'll sent it out for repair.

    Help with Crosman 101

Thanks again. I think I need to get that valve out to see what the heck is going on. It looks like a pretty simple design but I can't see what's happening until I break it down a little further. I thought maybe I was missing an easy fix but I'll need to dig in further.

    Help with Crosman 101

The trigger is releasing the hammer. I was able to unscrew the hammer plug and I can see what appears to be the exhaust valve stem. I placed a couple drops of Alphabet org there to see if it would do anything, Also, I figured that it if the gun was cocked and had air, I might be able to place a punch on...

    Help with Crosman 101

Thanks. That's the video I've been using for reference. I'm stuck at removing the second lock nut. I made a tool that i thought would be strong enough to break the nut free but my skills were not up to par! Waiting to receive the one in the mail. I'm a little concerned that there is pressure in...

    Help with Crosman 101

Thanks for the response. I did try Alphabet org at the pump cup and the rear of the valve. I don't think its a pressure issue. It feels like it's more of a failure to release the pressure. I'm not 100% sure and guess I won't know until I can remove the valve.

    Help with Crosman 101

Hello everyone. I recently acquired a Crosman 101 in very good shape. It was advertised as "holds air forever" etc. It did wok fine for about a week but now will not fire. Prior to this issue, it would only hold air when the gun is cocked, as per deigned. Without the gun being cocked, you could...

    Help with Crosman 1377

Everything is back together, sighted in, and shooting great. The forearm is being held in place temporarily. I ordered a replacement pin with hex screws which should look nicer than this setup. Thank you for all the help!

    Help with Crosman 1377

Very nice! I wish I had the space for more power tools in my house. I envy those that can fabricate everything in-house.

    Help with Crosman 1377

That's a smart idea. I did find a pin to replace the lost one but I like your option better. What size would I search for to get that pin and clip?

    Help with Crosman 1377

Supposedly, the seals and cup will be here prior to the weekend. Hopefully, I can get this all completed and get in a few rounds.

    Help with Crosman 1377

Well, she's disassembled and awaiting new seals and pump cup. The one hiccup I did have is, that while driving out the roll pin that connects the forearm to the lower assembly, I lost the pin to the abyss of my work area. Hopefully it's something the chain hardware stores have in stock.

    Help with Crosman 1377

I've read that. I may pick some up and give it a shot. There doesn't seem to be any pressure at all though, so we'll what happens. I don't have the reseal kit yet, so i guess anything is worth a try.

Thanks for the quick response. I haven't seen this video yet, so it gives me hope that I can resurrect his pistol.

    Help with Crosman 1377

Hello everyone. This is my first posting and I'm hoping someone might be able to help out. I purchased a lot of several air pistols, which included a Crosman American Classic 1377. This is the old version with the pull action and no actual bolt handle. The pistol is in very good shape but...
