I have a couple of friends looking to try 10M air pistol in our local league, Unfortunately, although I've been shooting 10M air pistol a LONG time, I haven't stayed current on what model air pistols are available/ good for someone getting started. It used to be any Daisy 717/747/777, Gamo...

    Reseal FWB 600 Transfer Port

Yesterday my wonderfully accurate, reliable and consistent 600 started spraying shots two'ish inches low and an odd report; I didn't even have to use tissue paper over the breech to tell it was venting. I have an original 46M, unaltered grips. Actually I have 2. One I've modified and shoot winter air gun league with it. So question do I keep #2 or move it along. Can't come up with a good reason to keep it.

    Crosman 1377

I have a Crosman 1377 on the way from Airgun Depot. These things are worse than 10/22’s. The steel breech kit arrived today, and a flat-top piston and valve kit, walnut grips, metal barrel band and clevis-style pump arm pin are on the way. Just what I needed…a new addiction.

What were your first experiences handling a gun?

We had a shooting range in the basement of my high school, and NRA hunter safety training was usually taught early; about 9th grade, if I remember right. We would do a few days of shooting with .22s to get comfortable, those of us who hadn’t been plinking from an early age. I turned out I was...
