Ok, the o-ring was bad, so I replaced. Still not working. I did notice something, that little circle at the top, right over piston. I did not along the holes, could that be the issue?

Feels like the air is shooting out the top, right above piston.

Yes, not filling up the scba tank. I sprayed soapy water on it and not seeing leak.

Compressor sounds normal, but isn’t pushing much air. Please let me know what details to provide for diagnosis.

It’s a “Yong Heng”, not a ton of use. I’ll check for leaks first then replace piston

Fan will not turn. Should I try forcing it hard? Clockwise? I’ll also post video 

Turns on, makes noise, but doesn’t sound like pistons are moving. Any ideas about the issue?

I expected to shoot like the internet guys when I got my rifle. I have collected data for months, there was a noticeable difference in stability and precision beyond confidence, although I’m sure that didn’t hurt either.
