I lwould hunt in West Central Montana and will hunt deer this year with a bow; I have researched the Texan and this gun will take down up to an elk (45 cal), but I would like to shoot one and get some feedback on the gun if anyone in Montana has one.

Are there any Air Force Texan owners in Montana and if so, what do you hunt with it? Thinking of buying one and would like some feedback from Montana hunters.
