 I agree I have at least 50 springers and the TX 200 MK111 shines along with my Diana 54 short stroke. Neither one is stock. In stock form I have to go with the 54. A lot of guys go with the HW77 and it was the best in 1977 but not up to the other 2 I mentioned.

All you need is a breech seal and a bumper. The rest of the gun is metal and new. If you can find directions its and easy job to do. The OEM bumpers crumble and clog up the port. I bought that stuff from Maccarri but not sure whats in stock now. I am sure that stuff is available at Chambers UK.

One thing to do is make sure the cocking pivot is not digging into the comp tube. If you feel that dragging do not continue to shoot and I would probably add some plastic in there to rub on before I shoot the rifle. It makes sense to fix it before damage occurs. JM sells some stuff to do that...
