    Air Venturi Aveng-x moderator adapters?

I cant believe that there's no adapters that will allow me to add a moderator on the end of the shroud. I know about the plastic baffle thingy that attaches to the end cap and I can seperate them, but the baffle with the 1/2x20 threads on the end just sits in the shroud with no attachment. How...

Air Venturi Avenge-X leaks from day one even replacement leaks. Air Venturi refused to fix

If it leaks from the base of the fitting where it threads into the tube, then it needs tightening or maybe some teflon tape. If it leaks from the end of the fitting then its the oring not seating right inside of it. The oring may be distorted or have a little debris on the seat. You could...

Benjamin Question about Marauder Bolt lubrication for smoother cocking

i believe that the allen screw is loosening. Use some vibratite or threadlocker to tighten it down. I use moly grease to lube all bearing surfaces of the bolt and orings.

Air Venturi Aveger loss of power

what about bolt probe orings? When they are worn, they still work but velocity is diminished. And they need regular greasing.

any love for the NSA .357 142 grain slugs? I bought some and they fit in the magazine no problem. I havent been able to test them because the neighbors will sh*t themselves. In fact I've gotta wait until spring, when I can get down south a little into the Panoche area.

Tuning Help with Leaky Marauder Repair in Wyoming/Montana

Do I still need to Teflon the threads? Yes. The threaded stem of the gage. Remove the rubbery stuff on the stem first.

Tuning Help with Leaky Marauder Repair in Wyoming/Montana

The gage has a threaded stem, you'll see. The threaded stem screws into a threaded adapter which is that big blocky metal piece which then threads into the action. I made a mistake, there is no oring under the gage stem...its under the adapter. So the adapter doesnt need to be removed, just...

Tuning Help with Leaky Marauder Repair in Wyoming/Montana

Remember to depressurize the gun first. They told me that when I got the new gage, to take the rubbery material off of the stem and use teflon tape instead. There is an oring under that threaded stem that is easily lost if you arent paying attention. So the oring goes back in there and you...

Tuning Help with Leaky Marauder Repair in Wyoming/Montana

Fixing the leak may not be as intensive as replacing internal orings. I've had a couple of air gages go bad. Back when the Marauders were common, this was the number one leak spot. They used to leak from a weep hole on the side or underneath the gage. Take the action out of the stock so you...
