I understand...but the Umarex bolts we have now has a "short sleeve/open end cap" on the end of them... We did not know if that was necessary.

After a shot I went to reload and arrow would not go on the cylinder so I looked down the cylinder and saw this poking out from the bottom of gold piece that screws on the end of the cylinder/shaft that you slide the arrow on. I took the gold piece off and removed the white piece (pictured) and...
