    Powerline 880- Multi-pump Nostalgia

Man... you mentioning shotgun effect made me remember something dumb I would do if I ran out of ammo. My grandmother had a bunch of bird feeders with tiny seeds. I would dump some down the front and walk around shooting bugs into paste.

    Powerline 880- Multi-pump Nostalgia

I remember as the gun got older going to 15-20 pumps. Don't know that it did anything other than probably mess the gun up.

    Powerline 880- Multi-pump Nostalgia

I wish I had the old one from when I was a kid. Disappeared after I went off to the Air Force.

    Powerline 880- Multi-pump Nostalgia

I've been doing that for a week now with PCPs. Just seeing there is a world of little mods for a 880. It's peaked my interest to peer into that hole.

    Powerline 880- Multi-pump Nostalgia

Also thanks a lot I found another rabbit hole. There's dudes sealing the end with resin between the shroud and barrel and alleged power mods. A bunch taking off the tip but the nostalgia is shooting iron sights.

    Powerline 880- Multi-pump Nostalgia

Out of specifically an 880 this was probably one video where someone took some time. Not as thorough as I'd like but was about the best I saw.

about to look it up on YouTube while I do laundry but I'm guessing it's going to being like a harmonic dampner effect?

    Powerline 880- Multi-pump Nostalgia

As a kid I just got whatever pellets my grandfather had for the squirrels. I did probably spend a good 4 hours looking into what pellets an 880 would shoot best all over the internet and couldn't find anything in stores locally other than redfires, that "according to the internet" group okay. I...

N/A Springer for pests at 50 yards?

I barely have looked at the daystates cause they seemed to be another price range up though them and FX seem to be held in high regards similarly by a lot from what noticed so far.

    Powerline 880- Multi-pump Nostalgia

Been going through the forum and noticed a bit of it being talked about the Blue Streak like it was the gold standard. Definitely peaked my interest and looked up a thing or two on them.

Kids group trying to hit the can. Ignore the what look like high and low flyers those were from them trying to initially hit the pellet trap

N/A Springer for pests at 50 yards?

The more I research I keep looking at FX and Taipan. Not that I have that much to spend right now. Scanning this forum and youtube there's a somewhat common theme of several ppl saying they wished they spent the money on a higher end gun instead of spending more trying various cheaper guns.

    Powerline 880- Multi-pump Nostalgia

So in the midst of researching and researching for an Airgun for me, I went out and got a Powerline 880 for my twin boys to mess with. I had one when I was 10 or 11 (95-96) and used to dispatch ground squirrels with pellets that were getting into the chicken runs at my grandfather's, shoot...

N/A Springer for pests at 50 yards?

It does. I keep diving into a rabbit hole of research. Probably not going to pull the trigger on anything until after the work trip to West Palm Beach. See if I can play with any airguns down there.

N/A Springer for pests at 50 yards?

I have to travel down to West Palm Beach for work next week. Looks like there's 2 shops down that way. Might see what I can can puts hands on down there. Doubt I'd get to test anything out though.

Is this G3 pump one of these? I see a bunch of ppl saying G3 but can't find specifically what they're talking about. I'm guessing the one on the left.
