I did a slight bevel with a 135 Degree drill bit then polished with 400 grit sand paper. O-ring pressed into place much better it seems. Made a new delrin seal also. So far it's not leaking from the bleed hole and is holding air at 150 bar. Will check the pressure again tomorrow.

Here's a DAR Gen 2 regulator taken apart. The black section is only the carrier for the regulator in the air tube. I've beveled that as you can see to make it easier to press the Regulator back into it and not sheer the o-rings. One thing I don't like. The Delrin seal (white disk) is 1 mm...

The parts from an M1 should work. Same gun just a different stock for the most part.

Got an FX Streamline and a DAR Pre-release Gen 2 that BOTH leak out of the regulator bleed hole. I used my tried and true method to find those leaks. I put my tongue over the holes. :ROFLMAO:
