Hey any news on weather they fixed all the problems with the Velox yet, I just purchased one yesterday thinking that they might have cause this is the first one sold since they supposed to have run out of them?

Any advise on the caliber to choose for Velox? I see only 22 here tested if I’m not mistaken and I tend to think 22 would be the best. Opinions about .177 and .25 if anyone tried?

The Velox is indeed a fun pistol. I shoot it always on a remote line, set at 180Bar. Removed the piston and rod, shoots even better and still cycles between 210 and 130Bar. Did made a new Piccatinny rail on it so I can put a reddot on it. And a Weihrauch silencer.

myself I was target shooting this evening with my cut down notos and hatsan velox..I was missing the 30 yard target and got frustrated so I figured if I was missing you can't get worse than that..3" spinners.. so I switched to the 50 yards one I normally use for the rifle and I started regularly...

I find it impossible to remove a full tank, did it once and have no intention of putting it back on. going on is doable, but to fill one and then remove it is alot. I assume there must be a probe of some sort to fill one off the pistol? that would be okay.

I don’t have the sortie but I have the Velox and on that gun you can loosen the barrel grub screws and remove the barrel. Maybe you can do the same. It wouldn’t matter if the tank is full because you are not messing with it at all.

I just saw this pistol at pyramid air for $499 with the laminate grips and $429 if you stick with the walnut grips. I was thinking about buying the Hatsan Velox and stumbled across these pistols. They are very nice looking guns.

Made a new rail on the Velox. On the original one you can not mount anything.

There are upgrades like the magazine. But the build quality of the 700 is better then the 750. Really like the revolver style hammer and prefer the single shot as a pistol. If I want to take more shots in a row, I will take my Velox ;)

I yust recieved my Velox yesterday. Shot about 100 pellets without any malfunction. Its better than what I expected so far. Still in reviewing and testing mode. I find it quite heavy and front heavy for of hand shooting. And ofcourse is a G1 better. What can you expect for this price. Around...
