Those are some fun looking pistols. Very interesting!

I prefer .177 for targets and mousing. And .22 for pesting and hunting. With that being said, sometimes I use both for both. 

Does anyone still tinker with the crosman 22xx co2 pistols? I used to be on the forums a few years ago, but its been a while. Are they still as popular as they used to be? I would like to see the new top mods, if any. 

Shoot it for a little while, it'll get better. I have one in. 22. I put about a thousand rounds through it, then I sent it out to be professionally tuned. Out of the 10 rifles l own, the RWS 34, is my favorite. Pure joy to shoot. Shoots right around 800 fps. It's my go to hunting rig.

Here is one that I started playing with a few years ago. 2250B, very nice and balanced. Internals are original. Good shooter. I have a set of Williams fire sights, that I am thinking of putting on. 

I also recommend the RWS 34. I've had mine for about 10 years. All is good. After a couple of years I had it professionally tuned. Best air rifle I have ever owned. .22 caliber, shooting at right around 850 fps. It is an absolute joy to shoot.
