Thanks for the help. I figured out what it was. The cap that turns on the end to let the fill probe in only lines up a certain way. After reading the previous posts I turned it until it lined up which allowed the probe to seat correctly which fixed the problem. Thanks for the help, brand new to...

The o-rings look ok. One thing I did notice on my bandit compared to a few of the videos I watched in that the hole the fill probe goes in doesn't line up with the other side. Do you think that this could be preventing the probe from seating correctly?

I just received my Diana Bandit and hand pump. I read everything and it shows to put the fill part inside the hole just behind the fill gauge. I insert it and start to pump and as soon as there is a bit of pressure, I cannot pump anymore and the port pops out the fill hole. I'm not explaining...
