Please do a search...this question comes up quite often. Shot placement is key. Know your limits and what your caliber is capable of before ever attempting to shoot at quarry.
First off....assuming you are talking about the L2? Depending on how you tune it and have it set up will depend on how loud they are. At lower powers they can be extremely quiet.
Ndwind got me into this mad side of things. Really enjoy it to be honest. The ability to sit down and listen to some classical music or a pod cast and make ammo. The ability to fine tune your rounds is awesome. And it sounds like you may get some to test as well.
If this is the case...then a simple explanation from the officers would have been good enough. And then escort you off the property. Seems someone got their panties in a bunch. Sorry but being a combat vet as well, there is no way they would have taken my guns. Would have been on the phone...
Yup I have one, it's a big heavy unit that does exactly what it says. I played with it on my HM1000x shooting slugs, and it did work, but a silencer worked better
Lovely rifle, and GREAT shots! My son got his first deer tag today, for opening this weekend. I am planning on an airgun with me in the stand for squirrels as well. Lets see what happens, now not an airgun but should be fun all the less.
I had one, and sold it.... and I bought another one. This one I wont part with easily. The simplicity of the rifle, and the ease of use is great. I seem to have a leak in mine now that I have to repair, but there are like 3 rings in the entire rifle.
Don't usually like a big mess when I am hunting, but for coons I make an exception. Have had to clean up far to many messes from those buggers that it is nice to see them made a mess of. Great shots! What kind of snake do you have?
I have my phone with Strelok Pro on it. I make sure I keep this phone in good condition because I like it. Not to get political, but hopefully after the coming election things will change and be back to normal. There are a few other good apps, but I know how to use strelok and really don't...
I use my airbrush and water based paint. I have had zero issues with the paint chipping or flaking off. Typically I will put the slugs in the paint die as soon as I get done making them. Then once the plate is full I paint them.
Yup....and they make filming and spotting them much easier. Have seen no negative effect on accuracy or stability. Hell I keep painted and un painted slugs in the same container
Ok guys here is my question..... I have finally gotten my barrel adapter on my original 22 barrel and I have been shooting the rifle more. This has got me to thinking about the scope set up. Currently I have an Element sitting on top in a pair of adjustable rings. These work...
