I make the valves with the delrin liner. It's more efficient and so far after thousands of shots, none failed in guns of various users around the world.

A very precise delrin sleave inside the valve body doesn't allow the air to come out and no issues caused by the O ring that is in OEM valve. OEM valve is very ordinary.

I normally remove a bit of material from the OD of muzzle end around 3/4". This removal of material is gradual in dia. A bit more material removal from the crown end and tapering it gradually. Then I make bush having ID of reverse gradual tapering. Then I push fit the bush on the muzzle end...

All is great except it was too much overdue. When a lot of tuners and competition shooters complained and found their own ways of improving the trigger then FX is forced to bring out M4 trigger. It should have been there from the day one.

I have done this and now am happy with the trigger. Technically I have eliminated the 1st stage as you have said. But at the same time I have incorporated an other way of having the 1st stage which is completely independent of 2nd stage.
