thank you for the replies. I have thoroughly enjoyed the gun up to this point and would like to get it running again so I will probably talk with FX. I was hoping it would be a simple cleaning job but wasn't sure where to start. It's just so odd to me that the last time I used it which was...
I've had my Monsoon for quite a while now and it always has functioned flawlessly before, but I charged it up a couple days ago and took it out for some shooting and it would not run. If I dry fire it it resets perfectly but with a magazine and pellets it's one shot and then nothing. I need to...
There is a small gold screen behind the fill port and valve. It was loose enough I could turn it easily with my finger tip. It was threaded so the way back to the fill port. I turned it way down with the end of a small Allen wrench. It was quite a lot of turns. I wonder if that was blocking sure...
so I found a small wire brush for my dremel and went into that fill port and cleaned it up as best I could and I am taking air now! I'm guessing I should buy a new shuttle valve and fill port since that's obviously not perfect in there and I wouldn't be surprised if it will leak. Anyway, thank...
oh I hadn't thought of that. Tried that right now. No more click, but it won't accept any air at all. Now I'm totally lost! what does that leave me with now?
or could it be something else entirely that's causing the gun to click and stop taking any air? When I contacted Daystate they were pretty much convinced that the shuttle valve was in backwards. It wasn't. I even for kicks tried it backwards and it doesn't even take a speck of air that way...
So I just bought this used Daystate Air Wolf and it came with the gauge at 100 bar. I hooked up my compressor and when the gauge hits 100 bar on the compressor there's a loud click and it will not charge any further. I contacted daystate and they said it's a problem with the shuttle valve which...
I've had some of those things around for 30 years and they still work. I keep a couple in my barn. they're covered with rust and still shoot just like when they were new. They're pretty nasty as far as fit and finish but they seem to last a good long while
so I'm pretty new to PCPs and need advice on this. I just got my FX Monsoon and even though it isn't loud, I would like to put a moderator on it. Will the moderator mess up the semi auto function? Also, what thread and pitch would I need? Thanks
