    A proper bench

This is a great thread, a lot of creative folks here. I bought a folding table called the Predator from Amazon... what a piece of junk. Only used it a couple of dozen times and the folding mechanism failed. The plastic top seemed good enough but everything else is typical china crap. It ended up...

N/A Cross body bag for P1 size pistol

Yes gunner, much like that but I would like the main compartment to be slightly larger than the dimensions of a P1/HW45 Bob N

N/A Cross body bag for P1 size pistol

Thanks mayflow. It looks like a very good fit and I have a few holsters for other pieces but I'm reluctant to venture off of my property wearing one in case I encounter law enforcement. My area is very rural, so small the we don't have a police department but we are patrolled by the state pd and...

    Diana Sweet Painted Lady

Nice find. Back in 1984 I bought a Diana model 26 in .177. It was my first serious airgun purchase. She's a real beauty and still shoots well after firing a couple thousand pellets. It was also made in West Germany.

N/A Whoops, I did it again

It really is a nice find. The pistol is in mint condition and the box is in tack but it is very evident that that box was opened and closed as well as slid on and off a shelf many times. The gun charges and shoots smoothly. There's no regrets on this one.

N/A Whoops, I did it again

I've been trying not to visit the pre-owned pages but... the price was good for a like new in the box P1 in .177. I already have a HW45 in 20 cal... hey, what can I say 😏

HW/Weihrauch What's the opposite of a safe queen...?

My Diana model 26 in .177. I've had her since 1985. She was well used but not abused and always stored in a gun sock in a upstairs closet. These days she's tucked in a nook next to my work bench, She has fired. Over 2 k pellets through her barrel and still looks like the bell of the ball.

    HW/Weihrauch Another round

Happy Birthday Crow... I'm 2 1/2 ahead of you but you have me beat in hw77's. Enjoy the new shooter!

N/A HW or others (spring rifles)

If you intend to shoot mostly off of a bench a fixed barrel is a good choice but if you're a rover and a plinker like I am a break barrel is the way to go. I have a HW77K which is a fine gun but for me it's a bit too heavy to sling over your shoulder... just my hmo of course.

Why do you still shoot springers?

What strikes me the most about the design of these guns harkens back to the time of their inception. It was a time when tools , machinery and implements of everyday necessity were constructed out of the best quality materials with the mindset of it giving the consumer many years of service. That...

    Airgun owners vs firearm owners

I've always been attracted to anything that launched a projectile. You name it, bb/pellet guns, sling shots, traditional archery (never bought into compounds) all kinds of PBrs, rifles, pistols and shotguns. As many have pointed out ammo cost and availability became problematic. I've sold most...
