That black plastic in the hex screw hole hides another allen hex screw that adjusts the pressure. You could have been sent a sample non adjustable regulator. Suggest you talk to ROK. He might ask you to drill a small hole in the center of the black plastic piece and pry it out to access the...

P2 and P3 have the screw caps that can be changed to extra plenum space, 1 of 22cc for P1 and 2 for P3.

P3 has original 70cc plenum but can add 2 extra 22cc extension for total of 114cc. Anybody done the plenum enlargement?
