Post up pictures of your smashed projectile's...

https://www.airgunnation.com/threads/knockout-expansion.1275154/ This was one I posted a while back. Honestly was surprised by the Knockout expansion. Found the other thread where I had 2 recoveries of Zan slugs in the same week https://www.airgunnation.com/threads/zan-slug-expansion.1222115/

    Altaros Compressor Booster Unit

The set and forget slow fills is what drew me to it. I Have 3 filters set up for drying and a final stage "gold" filter to go to the gun. They are fantastic units and Altaros techs are pretty awesome if you have an issue.

Air Venturi Avenge - X .25 cal won a bench rest competition vs all others high end airguns

I had no idea there even WAS any competition like this here. Literally 15 minutes from me and had never even heard of it.

    FX Velocity won’t increase.

I have a Maverick and a wildcat BT....both came stock with 7 gram.

    FX Velocity won’t increase.

The .22s were mostly stock with a 7 gram weight. The 11 was in the .25. That being said, I bought the 11 gram for both of mine to give a wider range for the reg. One other thing to check would be to make sure the cocking arm link has not slipped. If it has a stock probe in particular it could be...

FX Wildcat MK3 Comp BT tune

Their schematics does not list the full range of those weights. Typically it is a 7g for .22 11g for .25 and 13g for .30 I always ordered the 11g version for my guns as it was the best one for a pretty full range of pellets and slugs....unless trying to really push heavy slugs. the heavier the...

FX Wildcat MK3 Comp BT tune

The 11 gram weight is actually for the .25. I am very surprised that your Wildcat is working right with the heavier hammer weight and that low of a pressure. Does your adjustment wheel work correctly or is it reversed?

FX Fx Maverick Compact .25 arrived today with qc problems

I agree. The kit there looks like they should be decent orings. I am just someone who likes to have a metric crap ton of spares for myself or even if someone is in need.

FX Fx Maverick Compact .25 arrived today with qc problems

For $30 you can order enough to seal the gun 10 times by ordering on your own. www.theoringstore.com and https://oringsusa.com/ both should have everything you would need.

FX Fx Maverick Compact .25 arrived today with qc problems

This is the Maverick schematic that has all of the orings listed. As hogKiller said, Oring store or Orings USA are great places to order bulk. I would avoid many aftermarket places with "kits" and especially if those kits are color coded. I avoid NBR orings that are colored like they are soaked...

FX Fx Maverick Compact .25 arrived today with qc problems

I never even caught that before, but I am surprised those would not always have been NBR90. Typically the 90 is used where pressure is higher and that seems like it would fit that category. They use 90 for the screw in there and that is baffling why they would use the 70 on the piston.

FX Fx Maverick Compact .25 arrived today with qc problems

Trying to attach a pic so we will see if that works....but yours should look like the 2nd from the top roughly. If it looks like the very top one, it is the lighter. Will see if i have one loose to measure the thickness, but you can use a scale if you have one for reloading or such.

FX Fx Maverick Compact .25 arrived today with qc problems

One other thing for Sparker, as I know it is the same for every person who EVER buys an FX gun.....If your goal is to shoot pellets, DO NOT buy the power kit. This forum is filled with posts about Mavericks and Wildcats whose power wheel works in reverse and speeds won't go up due to this. The...

FX Fx Maverick Compact .25 arrived today with qc problems

The 6mm is accurate for "max" out. You may get slightly more like maybe 6.2 or 6.3mm, but when it hits the max for that particular setup you will not be able to cock the gun.

FX Fx Maverick Compact .25 arrived today with qc problems

I would be kinda pissy too, but deep breath here. FX does have one of the best support staffs there is and they do take care of pretty much ANYTHING you can imagine. Hit up their support and tell them what you have going on and I have zero doubts they will have parts out to you immediately. My...

FX .25 FX Maverick Compact vs VP w/300cc bottle

There is not even a wrong answer in any of this. The beauty of the FX stuff is that if you want to change barrel lengths, you can buy a new length and sell the old. For myself, I have the Wildcat BT in .25 with the 700mm barrel and the small 300cc tank. Even with the longer barrel it feels light...

FX .25 FX Maverick Compact vs VP w/300cc bottle

Are you hunting off a bench or bipod or walking? I find myself using my Wildcat BT (which is exactly the same internally) much more than my maverick simply because it is better when off the bench. As to your post, I would have to agree that the VP and get small bottle later (and can get the 300...

    Just received an Altaros booster

So starting from 3500 it looks like just over 3 hours to fill my tank to 4500. I have the 100cf Air Venturi tank.

    Just received an Altaros booster

Mine is a Kobalt 5.0-SCFM at 90-PSI model with 15 gallon tank. I run mine at a really conservative speed and would need to time one again to see that fill speed. I may do that tonight to see as it has dropped down to about 220 BAR.

    Just received an Altaros booster

I put a water separator followed by 3 dessicant filters on my low pressure side between the shop compressor and the booster. If I am filling from 3500 to 4500 I will get the first of those filters saturated and nothing past it. Have a big gold filter on the high pressure side and that combo has...
