@ocdairgunner ....i have owned multiple air gun before & currently own a Impact MK II & M3 and Wildcat MK III....money wise, the Avenge X Bullpup is pretty up there, function wise as well & probably the tuning is the easiest I have encountered.....gets my vote to say the least

Just got delivery of the Avenge X Bullpup Tube in .25 Cal. (Why tube? Just like the symmetry). The accuracy was great. The hammer spring & regulator was easy to tune as well. Put a LPVO Hawke Sidewinder scope 1.5 - 8 on it. Tuned mine to shot 930 FPS for FX 25 gr. Reg was set at 150-160 bar...

Phew! Thank god, I dont buy or sell from this forum nor will I ever will. But at 60, I do ask stupid questions concerning PCPs now & then and will probably continue to do so. Cheers guys

My wish list extends to: - 500mm barrel for 30 cal - 25 yards grouping the size of a dime - total length of gun not more than 25" with integrated moderator - no more than 6 Ib - puts out 100 FPE - max fill of 250 bar in 300 cc bottle - minimum 15 shots per fill - regulated...

Same here & for my friend, but we learned the hard way. For me, it was swapping to a brass piston, for him it was the o ring between the tube.

On my Wildcat MK III BT, I had to changed to brass piston of the reg before finally resolving reseals issues. And that was after couple of times swapping the regs o rings.

A friend of had the same on his Mav Compact, he changed the O Ring in between the tube of the reservoir. For him, no more leak.

Vetmx, thx mate. You said a lot of things thats on my mind. I intend to set the gun as you mentioned & not have the 2nd reg more than 150 bar & shot the gun as is first. Lets see where it will take me from there.

Thx man for the info, maybe I will shoot from 130 bar 2nd reg & moved on from there. I am only targetting about 23 shots on the M3 Compact. Will only test the Dual Transfer Port & Slug Kit later. I am concern about the vavle taking more pressure if i used both after parts.

I read that its best not to push the Amps reg beyond 150bar especially the working reg & not the step down reg. I will start off by having 170/140bar before stopping at 170/150bar. I also hope to try out the Slug Kit & Dual Transfer Port. Let you know the results when i do the testing!

Thx man. I have been told that getting the Compact to shot 50 gr at 870-880 fps is doable. Personally, I think 850-860 is achievable. That would mean a tune thats not stressing lots of elements of the gun & I will be trying to achieve that!

I will be using Hybrids & Knockouts 0.30, I would think that those are light slugs (if there is such a thing). Like JaceSpacw mentioned, the M3 would need to have the Slug Kit, Dual Transfer Port & heavier hammer.
