    Remove the 2 washers behind the hammer or hammer spring. I did this to my .22 cal jet and it greatly improved accuracy and also increased my shot count by a full magazine or 2.

    The air rushing out once the tank is almost empty is normal. When the psi is so low, it can no longer hold the valve shut against the hammer spring.

    I think it is. My bother uses old roofing lead to mold roundballs for his flintlock. I don’t know if this is similar or not.

    Hatsan’s Roto/S mags fit the jet but it protrudes pretty far out the top. If you have a scope mounted you might run into clearance issues. They cycle well. I have tried them and hade no problems.
