    HW/Weihrauch HW95 rebuild

Beautiful work on the spring compressor ;) . Mine looks like it was made out of scraps near a dump, but it's functional:p.

    HW/Weihrauch Deburring Weihrauch

    - I use a Dremel for deburring/polishing most everything, but be careful not to mare the blueing when doing the receiver slots. - I chuck the receiver/piston in my lathe and sand/polish it's inside/outside with carborundum attached to a metal rod or file. - Trigger sears on a sharpening stone...

    I Shot the HW35 Today

Hey Frank, As always ............. your nice shooting has nothing to do with age :). This would out perform most folks of any age.

    HW35 or HW50

Yeah Scott, I plan to do that too, but wanting to get a new one as the broken one its junk to them anyway. PS: I can see the crack on your gun, but it's barely noticeable;).

    HW35 or HW50

Good news🌈, Krale is going to ship me a new HW35E stock👍. I’ve been buying guns from them since 2016 … they’ve always made things right by me😎.

Hatsan Opinions on buying a cheap Hatsan springer and modifying it vs buying higher end Hatsan.

Hatsan’s are powerful Airguns best used for hunting. They look nice, are somewhat over sprung, but are very capable hunters. Build quality is not the best, they’re a bit bulky, have excessive recoil and OK trigger, but a good value for the money. It’s best if you can work on the gun yourself...

    HW35 or HW50

Yeah JDR, for most folks that's what I would say too, but I'm going to tune it and look over everything anyway. I routinely bend the barrel on my guns as it usually needs to go up .......... to remedy barrel droop. So, not too worried about the mechanical aspect of the gun.

    HW35 or HW50

My guns arrived today from Krale. Not packaged as well as they used to do ........... at all. Two gun stuffed in a box with some plastic bags with air. The HW35E has a broken stock at the pistol grip. Almost seem like someone cocked it and pulled the trigger w/o returning/locking the barrel...

    HW35 or HW50

Guns arriving from Krale Wednesday - 2 3/4 days after being ordered …. Just amazing service relative to any American distributor🌈. However, each gun has gone up $125+ since the last time ordered. The flip side to that is Weihrauch airgun prices have gone up much less than the CPI for most...

    HW35 or HW50

Yeah, as far as build quality and looks, the HW35E has no peer in the Weihrauch family. I also think the loading process slows you down just enough to savor each shot. I don’t understand why someone would like or need a fully automatic or even semi-auto pellet gun. Then again, I don’t hunt.

    HW35 or HW50

Yeah guys, I just purchased both the HW35E and HW50 yesterday from Krale🌈. I‘ll likely sell the same two guns in silver as I prefer standard bluing. The silver or chrome like finish is nice, but a little to “showy“ for me. Both .177 caliber … hoping I win the walnut stock lottery.

    N/A Buttoning ?

Maybe 😎 …. Most likely your gun is heavily sprung so you don't notice.

    N/A Buttoning ?

What I have done to get them to stay, is to sand the piston where you will apply with 200 grit caborundum. Then clean off with alcohol, damp the correct side of the button with alcohol and wait for it to dry. Then using fresh loc-tite super glue (not gel) apply the buttons. I put teflon...

    N/A Buttoning ?

Hey AGR, I’ve not experienced ARH buttons coming off except on install. I tried plastic from a water bottle and they all came off soon after. I would agree, machining them into the piston similar to what Air Arms does is ideal.

    N/A Buttoning ?

Dave, I have buttoned the pistons on all my Weihrauch springers. No question, makes them smoother cocking with a better shot cycle. You’ll loose about 10 -25 fps off your velocity, but that’s the only downside. Drilling the piston and inserting delrin buttons is the best way to go, but much...

    HW/Weihrauch Weihrauch barrel idioscyncrosies explained

Good read Ron, Given Weihrauch's process, the .177/.20 calibers must retain a better fit and respond more favorably vs. .22 calibers in terms of accuracy. In my limited experience, the ave. .22 cal. pellets are a looser fit given these manufactured tight spots and hence produce sloppier pellet...

American Air Arms, RAW, RTI and every other brand that doesn’t have disassembly videos GET WITH THE TIMES!

Guys, for RAW PCP's work, I started with this Theoben guide by Jimmie Dee Airguns. The Basic blueprint for the RAW. While part specs have changed a bit, pretty much the same gun...

HW/Weihrauch Acquired a HW30 Delux last week ... Fresh ARH seal, Piston sleeve & fitted guide .. WHOA SMOOTH !!!

Yeah Wadcutter, If I couldn’t tune my various airguns myself, I can think of no one better than Scott. 🌈👍😎💥✌️.

HW/Weihrauch Acquired a HW30 Delux last week ... Fresh ARH seal, Piston sleeve & fitted guide .. WHOA SMOOTH !!!

Hey Motörhead, Sounds about what I do, except I use buttons on the piston, disassemble - polish the trigger sears, polish indent (if gun has one) and polish/wax bore. Spring guide usually ok; but if not … make one from delrin, use a touch of superlube in compression tube. The buttons cost me...

    HW/Weihrauch 177 Hw95 @50

Yeah Ron, My HW95 (.177), which wears a HW98 stock is my 2nd most accurate gun behind the .20 HW80S. My other .20's are about = to this hybrid HW95.
