The SIRUI AM223 which i have also eyeballed is rated for 10 kilos, so plenty for any rifle i have. Sorry that's the MAX load for their ball head, the tripod itself are rated for 15 kilos.

shooting 1000 - 1200 shots in a session, i dont even dare calculate how many times i would have to stop and fill the rifle if i did not shoot tethered. 😁 As it is now i just set up, and then some hours later i feel my back more than normal, and then take a break / get up from the bench.

Well we finally got to Sub zero ( C ) temperatures here, the shed heat sources did well but really we need to have smaller openings to shoot out of on these really cold days. Also insulation would not hurt, so come spring / summer i think i will have to put some of that on the roof at least...
