I just tuned my .20 cal 95 using a ARH kit with a Vortex seal. Its by far the best way to tune a 95, much smoother shot cycle, easer to cock. If you want a snapper shot cycle with a little more power then use a Vortex kit. Either way you wont be sorry. Dont send it back just tune it.

Head size does matter, it can make as much difference as changing to another pellet brand. The HN FTT seem to shoot best in most of my springers

The best thing Iv found is a citrus based finish stripper, cant remember the name but Home Depot used to carry it. Just brush it on wait a while then just wipe off old finish. Still hard to get all the stain out of checkering.
