Why not try the Notos' big brother, Umarex Zelos in .25? Can be acquired for ~$400 and aftermarket accessories are coming along, you'd need a baffle set or a separate moderator to quiet it down, and while some call it 'entry level' it's just less expensive like the Notos. I haven't heard Zelos...

I am very near to running a round bit via Dremel along the inside of the stock holes to add QD bearing races. I simply cannot fathom adding appropriate diameter and depth steel tubing for QD attachment and NOT having actual races to accommodate 🤦‍♂️
