    Seneca Aspen/Nova Freedom parts list

Thanks again for your prompt reply. Yes I noticed the firing valve is not numbered on the assembly manual. I'll try to ask around for the part. I wonder if it is possible to restore it by changing the "rubber" like material on it that acts as the seal.

    N/A FREEDOM/Aspen pump rebuild success

I just rebuilt my aspen .25, replaced almost every single oring/seal. 80% sure i assembled everything correctly per the assembly guide, however when I try to fill up the gun with the fill probe from an air tank, the air comes straight out the barrel end and the aspens pressure guage does not...

I have the Tuxing TXET63 i got on aliexpress for $341. First owned compressor and had it now for about 3 months. I have only filled it to a maximum of 3600psi (248bar) on a Aspen, Avenger and Sumatra. I have an aea element max moded to almost 900cc coming in 2 weeks. I can then test it to...

Tuning STUCK halfway thru' Seneca Aspen/Nova Freedom Pump Repair - PHOTOS

Hoping someone can help me resolve/identify an issue i have recently with my seneca aspen. I recently replaced all orings in my aspen (valves, piston, seals etc) and upon a pump test all was working perfectly (no 1700psi precharge in air tube). I also got a special fill probe sent out to me...

So it is more beneficial to fill the precharge section back up to 1800 PSI? Is there any advantage to leaving the front section of the air tube "discharged", like maybe more air capacity? I just invested in a compr3ssor to do most of the filling and as you mentioned just just the hand pump to...

Thanks for the details reply. I did manage to get the valve out and found that the original PU oring on one side of the valve had turned to a sticky mush. The other orin is nbr and no so bad. I have changed those orings and now all works perfect (holding charge at 2k psi so far. When looking at...

My gun was built in 2019 and had a combination of parts from both manuals. Mine had the newer "air chamber extension tube rear connector" but have the older "check valve copper sleve" for pump.

Please also find an updated 2020 version of the assembly manual which I acquired directly form Nova Vista. You will notice main changes are made to part numbers (includes .25 cal), small piston head and the pump check valve (now 2 brass parts). Also changes to the lubrication notes (includes...

Tuning STUCK halfway thru' Seneca Aspen/Nova Freedom Pump Repair - PHOTOS

Guys can anyone tell me if they have ever had an issue where pumping up the gun for empty (bleeded the release screw) has air coming out the barrel after 3ach stroke. I can literally here the air releasing from the barrel. I just rebuilt the pump and replaced the seals in the air chamber. The...

Hope you are all well 👍🏻 Was wondering if anyone vould confirm if all the oring sizes in the nova liberty assembly manual pdf shared in this thread, applies to the .25 caliber? The manual only lables the .177 & .22 caliber (M1000 & M900). I have compiled them into a lits with respective shore...

The exploded parts list is from the original Nova build. They ditched the desiccant a long time again and very few owners have seen it. The ones who have also mostly got rid of it as it is a pain to maintain with little benefit.

Thanks again Butch for the advice. I managed to get Viton 006 70 Shore, which fit perfectly. I was unable to unscrew the stainless steel tube from the rear movable sleeve (even the machine shop failed and was worried about bending the rod trying to grip it). So I had to stick the small piston...

I have another question, since I’m “rebuilding” the pump, I noticed that there is not “Desiccant” in the clear tube of my rifle as shown in the parts list / assembly guide. Do you guys have it in yours? Is it effective? Should I bother adding it? I’m also trying to understand if the oring of...

I managed to open up the pump today to check the condition of the “small piston“ o-ring. As highlighted by others, it was impossible to remove the “Rear moveable sleeve” (bottom black plate with 4 holes) even using a proper pin wrench and vice grip on the steel tube! The grip keeps slipping on...

Thanks again Butch for your input 🙏🏻 How would you Go about fixing that? Is this a pressure seal for the pump? Where is the high pressure seal located?
