Theoben SLR88 sporter .22. Haven't been shooting springers during the hot humid summer so my arm could only stand 30 shots or so but posted this 25 yard group off my knee. This '88 is running at 13.2 fpe with JSB18's. Always a special occasion shooting this one! This is a non-HE example.

Wolverine R .177 standard, power set from factory 4+ years ago. Favorite pellet is JSB 13 43 RD's at 795 fps, JSB 10.43's at 900 but the 10's inferior in accuracy. Very quiet with the zero DB on, very pleasant to shoot and supremely accurate...with the 13's...been perfect since I took it out...

Never shot the FT except to test, the sporter is at 14.5 fpe after receiving it at 10.5, including groups I shot at 30y off bags with JSB 18's. Forget how many shots but 10 each group anyway. The .20 group was with a Huntsman Regal. BTW...Thanks for posting you Theobens 88's are very uncommon!

SLR's...All day long...88's and 98's...My favorites. The sporter 88 sn#297 is my favorite of the 3... 88 sporter .22, SLR98 .22 Beeman Carbine, Theoben Field Target Imperator .177 SLR88. Some very impressive examples on this thread...keep it going!

That is fixable...This SLR 98 I bought from David Slade...The stock was in two pieces. He sent it to a stock guy and he pinned and repaired it where it was strong and usable...not "perfect" but good enough...Give David a call bet he could give you a name...A fine classic airgun arriving like...
