So far, only squirrels, sparrows, and chipmunks. All within 40 yards, except the sparrows. Taking them from about 65 yards max. But they drop as soon as I hit them, running NSA 17.5 grain slugs.

I got it in .22. I’m taking sparrows out to 55 yards, so I’m content with it for now. Eventually when I have money coming in again, I plan to get an RTI mora.

For now, I’ve got a Reximex Throne Gen 2. I had started with an AEA 457 challenger standard with the upgrade kit, but really all I can hunt right now is squirrels and sparrows, so I’m holding off until I get anything bigger or fancier.

No, but I’ve also never gotten to use night vision before either way. I was always under the impression they had that green tint, probably from too many movies and too many books.
