Need a low power air pistol, or possibly a rifle. What to get in today's market?

YES a pumper pistol like 1377 or 1322 would be great 3 or 4 pumps would be mice or rats , 6 or 8 pumps would get a squirrel . Same number of pumps in the 392 pump rifle https://www.pyramydair.com/product/crosman-362-multi-pump-pellet-rifle?m=5323 EDIT 10/3/2024 5 pumps on my Sheridan...

N/A gamo pellets safe for benjamin.

That pistol looks to be a HB22 or HB17, comparable to a 1322/1377 ...Hence the suggestion of keeping a shovel handy 🤔 😮 😉

Why do you still shoot springers?

Agreed. First one I had was a single stoke pneumatic bb/pellet gun. Don't know how I ever hit anything with it, but I sure did. A lot. Shot tons of bbs and pellets thru it. Countless hours in the fields, woods, shooting out from under a barn roof when it was raining. Later got a beeman...

    Crosman Crosman 1322 ques...

I've got one of the new ones that I bought a month or so ago and it shot fine. I've been happy with it. The 1377 is a little cheaper at least on Amazon. Same pistol the only difference it the barrel. The trigger on my 1322 was rather still I changed the spring and now it's fine.

    Multiples of the same rifles

We have multiples in the same STYLE ... just because we like them... 10 M, FT, EFT, hunting, benchrest, light plinkers... We only have 4 that are multiples of the same airguns, though... Red Wolf, Sharp Ace Target, Crosman 1377/1322, and Sheridans. I like the Sharp and Sheridan for their...

N/A Has there ever been a multi pump air pistol that can achieve 700+ fps in .22 caliber ?

Im not buying that. If a manufacturer thought there was significant profit potential, im confident they can improve upon the decades old designs of the 1377- 1322 crosman pumpers. Hell, I remeber reading back in the 1980s, that the beeman P1 was the most one could expect in obtaining 500fps in...

    N/A Squirrel Power

I have a squirrel problem and the airguns I have are pretty slow pistols. The highest velocity I have are with a Crosman 1377 with 600 fps and a 1322 with 460 fps. I was an active hunter with PB in my youth but have never tried to use an airgun. I searched the forum and found a lot of...

    interchageable grips?? 2300t , marauder, 1377?

I have a crosman 2300t and I am looking for some upgraded grips, slightly larger. There are a few on ebay for 1377/1322 etc. Are all these or any of these interchangeable with my 2300? How about marauder grips ie will they fit a 2300? thanks

Crosman 2240 XL PCP Conversion Kit

With the long barrel. I also just realized that you're talking about the 2240. My kits are for the 1322/1377 but I also make drop blocks and conversions for the 2240 like the small one in the picture.

    Crosman New Crosman 3622

I personally like the 3622, and every other crosman that is built on the same platform. The gun is fine in factory form, or you can modify it to the size of your wallet. I own a 1377, 1322, 2240, will be ordering a 362 here in a minute. I don’t think I will personally purchase the 3622 as I...

    Rabbit Hole

I'd say what started it was the 13xx. I had a number of airguns over the years. But being older now, I recalled having a 1377 when I was younger and always wanting to modify it. Never had any money to do so in those days. So, I got a 1322, and threw the works at it. Then started...

Looking for a ratting gun (for residential area)

Unless you are shooting in the daytime and the distance is short <15 yards those guns may not have the accuracy needed for a clean kill. https://airgunlaws.com/crosman-1377-and-1322-american-classic-in-depth-review/

    Crosman 3622 - On to Optic 👍

No. The tube and fill cap are the things that make it a pcp. You could convert a 3622 to pistol grip, though. Would be a sweet looking tactical pcp that weighs almost nothing. I will. I have no doubt I will have to qualify the match grade statement with this crowd. I shoot enough to be able to...

any idea the FPS the 40 grain pellets are travelling ? Do they properly load into the magazine ? Im getting 15-16 FPE using 11.9 Gr pellets...so im guessing you are getting 20+ FPE using 40 gr slugs ? Has anyone did modifications on the air valve or tried a flatop piston/ valve mod to get...

What pistol did you shoot today

I think every airgunner needs at least one 13xx. I now have a 1377 and this new 1322, not to mention a 2289 which is built on the same platform.
